A delicious combination of fruit and Brazil nuts
Ingredients
- 5 Brazil nuts
- 1/2 papaya
- 125 gr of yogurt
- 30 gr of macadamia, peanut or any nut you have at home
- 1/2 banana
- 3 strawberries
- 3 blueberries
Preparation
- Cut the papaya in half, remove the seeds and add the other ingredients (yogurt, brazil nuts, nuts, the other fruits)
- And that’s it! You now have a delicious and nutritious salad
