A delicious combination of fruit and Brazil nuts

Ingredients

  • 5 Brazil nuts
  • 1/2 papaya
  • 125 gr of yogurt
  • 30 gr of macadamia, peanut or any nut you have at home
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 strawberries
  • 3 blueberries

Preparation

  • Cut the papaya in half, remove the seeds and add the other ingredients (yogurt, brazil nuts, nuts, the other fruits)
  • And that’s it! You now have a delicious and nutritious salad
